NiMet Predicts Rainy and Thundery Weather Across Nigeria

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has forecasted rainy and thundery weather conditions from Monday to Wednesday across the country.
*Monday*
– Isolated thunderstorms expected in northern states (Katsina, Sokoto, Kano, Zamfara, Kebbi, Kaduna, Adamawa, and Taraba)
– Intermittent rains expected in central states (Benue, Niger, Federal Capital Territory, Kogi, and Kwara)
– Localized rains expected in southern states (Ebonyi, Abia, Imo, Enugu, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, and Cross River)
*Tuesday*
– Isolated thunderstorms expected in northern states (Borno, Bauchi, Gombe, Adamawa, and Taraba)
– Intermittent rains expected in central states (Benue, Kogi, Federal Capital Territory, and Nasarawa)
– Localized rains expected in southern states (Edo, Ondo, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Rivers, and Bayelsa)
*Wednesday*
– Thunderstorms expected in northern states (Kebbi, Bauchi, Sokoto, Borno, and Katsina)
– Morning rains expected in central states (Federal Capital Territory and Niger)
– Isolated thunderstorms with rains expected in central states (Plateau, Nasarawa, and Niger)
– Cloudy skies expected in southern states with moderate rains expected in Abia, Ebonyi, Ondo, Imo, Edo, Rivers, Delta, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, and Cross River.
