SUNDAY PUZZLE: How Much Is A Lady Worth?

Published

on

By Peace Ovie

Society has swept the values of ladies under the carpet with a strong context of “weak vessels”. It has become a normal style of life, especially in the African culture, where the value of a lady is limited to childbearing.

Sadly, ladies lower their values, standards and worth just to be recognised. During the creation of the world, after creating man, God made a shocking statement, “it is not good that the man should be alone”. God acknowledged that a woman is a powerful being.

A lady should know her worth, regardless of the type of background she came from. It hurts to see ladies subject their bodies to all sorts of things just to fit into social nuances forgetting that they are amazing in their way.

How Much Is Your Worth, Ladies?

Develop healthy self-esteem. You must be confident in whom God has made you. The value you place on yourself should be high, you should determine how people see you.

Recommended For You

Find your purpose. Chase your dreams, not people. Build and develop your mind. Understand that the things or people you are struggling for were doing well before you came into the picture. Finding your purpose makes you more attractive.

Finally, ladies, don’t compete or fight, but start living to win because there are people you need to inspire. Your worth, standard and values tell who you are. You are more powerful than you think, so go for more!

The world is more mobilized for any lady to have a low self esteem. Back in the day, Our fathers believed that a girl child ends up in the kitchen even after going to school so they rather send the male child to sch and ignoring the other gender.

The earlier ladies start believing in themselves the better for us. A lot of ladies still live their lives on society terms and it’s bad.
